Our small business is held up by hard working women in flexible, part time roles which empower them as both creatives and parents.
Nic
Nic is our magic maker, craftswoman, ancient history fanatic, ex historic costumier, mother, bookworm, nature lover, flexible working advocate.
Nic began making jewellery when her son was born, as a creative business which she could flex around her maternity leave.
"I have a never ending compulsion to make tiny shiny things, from which I'm eternally grateful to earn my living.
The light, colours and textures of jewellery making blow my mind.
I'm proudly dyslexic, have a theatrical background, sewed professionally for twelve years, and I love any excuse to dress up and bust out the sparkle!"

Emmaline
Emmaline is our Jewellery Maker, working closely in the studio with Nic, hand beating and finishing our raw brass and stainless steel styles.
She has a background in silversmithing and jewellery design, which is what first drew her to Cornwall. We all marvel at her amazing style and her guns of steel after many hours at the anvil!
Emmaline loves dreaming up new pieces for the collection and packaging up each and every order with care and magic.

Sadie
Sadie is Nic's cousin and our very talented Photographer. She brings warmth and sparkle to every shoot and adores capturing 'love in all it's forms'.
Sadie is brilliant at finding the yummiest light to capture the unique shimmer and glow of our jewellery. Her creativity and passion is infectious!
When she isn't at Potager Gardens shooting with us, she is busy photographing weddings and families at play around Cornwall.

Emily
Emily is our Marketing and Social Media Guru with over seven years experience working for fabulous indie brands, founded in Cornwall.
Even before joining the team Emily was one of Nic's biggest cheerleaders, she rocks our Tempest Rainbow and Monstera earrings with glorious sunshine energy.
Emily is helping us take our small business to the next level as we launch our website. She's on a mission to help us become less terrified of TikTok and to grow our IG presence.
She exudes enthusiasm, ideas and marketing pearls of wisdom and works closely with Nic and Tricia around product launches.

Tricia
Tricia is our Graphic Designer; creative support to Nic and marketing support to Em. She loves to creatively cartwheel through projects, from creating social media content, to building our shiny new website and styling on photoshoots.
She joined the team looking for flexible design work which enables her to put her toddler at the centre of work/ life balance.*
She LOVES what Nic stands for (as a businesswoman, parent and human); her ambition to do great things with her small business by pioneering slow fashion values and the kindness economy.
