Depending on the shipping method you choose, UK delivery should take up to 5 business days. International deliveries can take significantly longer.
Our processing window from the time of placing your order is 1-2 business days. The shipping window will be in addition to the processing window and depends on the shipping method chosen.
Yes! We offer free delivery on all UK orders - we love happy post!
We also offer free collection from our studio in Cornwall. If you would like to arrange this please email hello@nicdanningjewellery.co.uk before ordering.
If you have opted to upgrade your free UK delivery to our tracked service, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
For UK delivery, we aim to have your order with you within 5 working days. If your order hasn't arrived with you within 10 working days of the due date please contact us via the form below and and we would be happy to assist you.
For standard international delivery, delivery times may vary. If your order has not arrived after 20 working days of the due date for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world, please contact us via the form below and and we would be happy to assist you.
Yes! All orders come beautifully wrapped in plastic free, recyclable packaging. Your order is delivered in letterbox sized packaging using pretty tissue and twine.
We offer a handwritten gift note service on all orders, for free! Simply add your gift note message when prompted at checkout. If you leave a gift note message or comment to say the order is a gift we will ensure no prices are included on the packing slip.
Returns, exchanges and repairs
Below are some common questions about our returns policy and repair service.
You can currently return or exchange your items up to 28 days after you receive your order for a full refund or exchange. We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 working days, however during busy periods this process may take slightly longer.
Items should be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging where possible.
Email us at hello@nicdanningjewellery.co.uk and we will confirm your return and share the returns address to post back your items, together with a note detailing your name and order number (this can be found on the packing slip or on your order confirmation email).
Customers are responsible for return postage costs and we are unable to take responsibility for any items whilst in transit. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely.
You will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method you used or we will be in touch to organise your exchange. For purchases made with gift cards, we will issue an online credit to your account on our website.
If an item you receive is faulty, please email hello@nicdanningjewellery.co.uk to let us know as soon as possible. Please include a photo as it is helpful for us to see what has happened.
All our jewellery is handmade at our studio in Cornwall and undergoes careful quality control before leaving the workshop, however, faults can occur or jewellery can be damaged in the post.
We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, your support and positive experience as a customer are hugely important to us.
If your order has been returned to us by the postal service due to an incorrect address, or a re-delivery wasn't arranged, we would be happy to re-send your order once it arrives back with us.
We will require the postage cost to send this to you again, please email hello@nicdanningjewellery.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this.
If you no longer wish to receive your order, we will issue a full refund minus the postage cost once this has arrived back with us.
Please note, Royal Mail return to senders are not sent via priority mail and may take a long time to be returned to us.
We do! Please send an email to hello@nicdanningjewellery.co.uk along with a picture of the jewellery you are looking to have repaired and your order number, so we can advise further.
Depending on when your piece has been purchased there may be a repairs charge for this service.
Please note, it may not always possible to repair your piece. If you have attempted to repair your jewellery at home we may not be able to repair it.
As a small team, our repairs service may take around 3 weeks before dispatch.
